Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary considerations, we DO NOT provide refunds or exchanges on any items simply due to products being unwanted or a change of mind. See https://www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do receive a damaged or faulty product you must notify us within the 14 day period starting from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at athenacosmetix@gmail.com for further details. All returns take up to 14 working days to be processed by our returns department from the date received back at our HQ. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at athenacosmetix@gmail.com.

Refunds and replacements are looked at on a case by case basis by the Athena Cosmetix team.

Please Note: We are unable to execute cancellations, address changes, or other modifications to your order after it has been submitted, please double check your order and details before confirming.
